      Pros

      - great work life balance is great, but you have to fight for it. - the products are functional and great. - Remote work, but with a sense of camaraderie. - midsole management is great and really look after their people.

      Cons

      - ELT and “ELT+“ are out of touch with their work force and are will ignore the issues as long as the numbers keep the venture equity firm happy.

      People are great. Ability to work from home.

      Cons

      Do not appreciate dedication and hard work of employees. Will cut jobs and teams to make the bottomline look good even at the expense of the customer experience.
