Pros

People are great to work with.

Cons

It might be because I joined the company as an intern and worked my way up to becoming an Associate Software Engineer to now a Software Engineer. Still, the compensation for each promotion was way below my expectations.

Pros

Company culture Pay Benefits Time-off policy (including mental health days that are company-wide) Excellent DEI initiatives Very progressive company

Cons

There is essentially zero training, outside of what your direct manager may be able to provide (which isn't always very good, no fault of their own btw). Work load can be heavy at times, which is hard when there aren't proper resources to set you up for success. You are expected to "learn as you go". Management team is not always on the same page and it's sometimes "the blind leading the blind".
