If you are granted the receptionist position, you get promoted within 3 months minimum.
Cons
Unless you are fabulous in sales, customer service and interacting with people this is the place for you. This company does not have time to train people effectively. Unusually high employee turnover rate- hence the short duration of the receptionist. Unrealistic work expectations. Lack of ability to train or communicate effectively. Environment can be very cliquish and somewhat unprofessional. If your shy and keep to yourself, this is not the place for you. Unrealistic expectations in the sales department and order entry.
