      -Diverse work environment with everyone willing to help. -Production team is effective and efficient in getting its work done. -Company has programs that encourages work life balance.

      Cons

      -Less opportunity for growth, especially if you're money oriented. -Everyone consider working at Fineline as a job, not a career. It has a high employee turnover.

      Pros

      If you are granted the receptionist position, you get promoted within 3 months minimum.

      Cons

      Unless you are fabulous in sales, customer service and interacting with people this is the place for you. This company does not have time to train people effectively. Unusually high employee turnover rate- hence the short duration of the receptionist. Unrealistic work expectations. Lack of ability to train or communicate effectively. Environment can be very cliquish and somewhat unprofessional. If your shy and keep to yourself, this is not the place for you. Unrealistic expectations in the sales department and order entry.
