Pros

Unlike other startups, the team here really gives you the autonomy and independence to go solve hard problems. Teams work well together even in an all-remote environment. You also won't find a more transparent culture - from the top down, everyone discusses their work, achievements, and challenges.

Cons

It'd be great to see colleagues in person more often, but I suspect this will improve with COVID situations easing.

Cons

Working fully remote is mostly a great benefit but not being able to meet up with coworkers is a bummer.
