Pros

Good dental insurance and medical Overtime as well

Cons

Depending on who your district manager is and depending what location you work for determines the workload. High volume store equals more work richer cities more foot traffic especially San Mateo area nothing but rich people extremely hard to hire so you will be working endless overtime 6-7 days a week open to close. Just really depends on the type of district manager you get that you will be working that much. If you are lucky and you get a good district manager they will help you get the coverage you need. I was unlucky with this store manager and overworked me and didn’t care at all for my work balance life or cared for my physical or mental being.

Pros

I love the people, I love the atmosphere, I love the product

Cons

No room for dramatic growth, they don't pay well, expectations are way high. They expect you on calls that you don't get paid for. Everything is rescheduled management never sticks to their calader. (Which leads to calls on your day off)
