Pros

They benefits are good but you never stop hearing about them as excuse for why everything else is lacking

Cons

Low salary, don’t value their employees, C level executives are incredibly dismissive and condescending, no regard for work/life balance, and almost anyone in a position of power (from managers to executives) bully employees into keeping their concerns private, providing good responses to “best place to work” surveys, and discourage any kind of open communication about concerns between any employees.

Cons

Depending on the department, it can get a little much sometimes, but if you're happy in a dynamic and fast paced environment, you'll do ok
