Pros

Access to Sid Meier is pretty awesome, but he is a busy man and you will have work to do too. He is one of the nicest folks you'll meet. It's a small studio, so you will have an opportunity to contribute. The people are awesome.

Cons

Their code is quite sloppy, but no worse than some other studios out there. They won't take many risks and are very schedule driven/at the whim of their publisher. Also, the Baltimore area suburbs are more expensive than one would think. It's not anywhere near San Francisco or New York prices, but way higher than Austin or North Carolina.

Pros

They treat their employees very well. Good bonus structure.

Cons

A lot of recent turnover and pivoting of projects. Opportunity for challenging work is limited. Only turn-based strategy focused.
