You get to work with wide range of interesting people where the stakes aren't too high so relations with coworkers are easy and fun. franchise owners are highly involved giving managers a lot of feedback and the managers are fun cool people who answer questions and give feedback really well. managers delagate and give you an oppurotunity to take on more responsibility when you feel fit.

Cons

There could be some favortism start scheduling request are often misheard or ignored. and every day is different.
