Atmosphere... I love pretty much every aspect of this job.

Cons

The only problem is the connotation recieved by peers if you work here

Pros

Very flexible work hours which is very good for high school students. Competitive pay compared to other fast food restaurants.

Cons

Does not promote from with in very often. Incompetent managers who are not qualified to do their job. Lack of supervision.

Pros

I work for a good franchise Great food Fairly high standards Great environment to build a solid team

Cons

No growth potential beyond general manager (most franchisees have 1 or 2 units) Corporate office does a very poor job of communicating new promotions or changes to procedures - it is often a guessing game at the store level Older equipment (steamers + toasters) break often, much more than any piece of equipment in a restaurant should
