Okay company but needs some serious change

Pros

Most of the employees are really good people. Good work-life balance. Decent 401k match and ESOP They embraced the remote business model more than I expected.

Cons

The benefits are terrible compared to industry standard. The pay could also be better. The technology is unreliable. There are many people in management who do not deserve to be there while other hard working employees are offered no career growth/ opportunities.

Cons

Lack of focus on diversity. Support to branch staff is limited. VERY heavy focus on lending, to the point of neglecting other revenue sources. Company sales direction outmoded. Not a lot of support from upper management.
