Pros

You definitely learn a great deal, but wear way too many hats for the pay.

Cons

The Bank is set in its old ways. Dress code is archaic, management only cares about themselves, benefits are lacking, and managers involve themselves in situations that they do not need to be involved in. It seems almost as if everyone acts as if they are "CEO" of the Bank due to the ESOP plan they have. The reason I say beware is because the Bank prides itself on having an excellent reputation and spotless reputation when in fact they do not. In 2005 they were accused of the practice of redlining - look it up. They paid fines and admitted no wrongdoing. This is public knowledge.
