Pros

They pay well and give their employees access to multiple types of bank transactions.

Cons

Due to poor judgement in management hiring, we are left with managers that rely on numbers and nothing else. These managers, in turn, look for salesman to do their jobs for them. However, the most disturbing fact of this bank is how they handle complaints. I have multiple instances of coworkers complaining to HR about mgmt abuse only to be reprimanded a couple days after and given impossible tasks only to be fired or quit shortly after. I have witnessed and experienced a system of bullying and lying to manipulate employees. This manipulation usually comes in the form of reprimands and fear. Their most powerful tool is to keep you in the dark, plain and simple.

Pros

Excellent co-workers...that’s about it. If no opportunity for overtime is your thing then that would be the only other positive

Cons

Pay is horrendous with essentially next to no room for growth within your role. Upper management only cares for money. Happy to hire kids out of school for pennies and then allow you to leave after 2 years and start the process over again.

Pros

I work with a great team at my branch! Love that small family feeling. Customers are great and appreciate the personalized service.

Cons

Sales, very little marketing support. Every time a branch does really well at something upper management changes how it counts on the incentive plan. Every thing is about the numbers. There managers that don’t know jack who are praised because of their sales but can’t run a branch right.
