      Pros

      work-balance not so bad; They work a little bit with you on your schedules.

      Cons

      dont expect raises or review very often; you get a raise possibly every 5 years and only at 3%; lots of turnovers; very disorganized; people that left the company they spread their jobs to newcomers without any raises.
