Pros
I love the people that I work with. My coaching has been excellent and I feel like I have all of the tools to be successful.
Cons
The workload to pay ratio is terrible. They want you to take on 3 roles but only pay you for one. Another con would be that there are always people watching you and waiting for the mistakes so that they can go tattle. The drama is ridiculous also.
