Pros
- good work life balance with great pto and sick days, never once felt like i shouldn't have taken a sick day. genuinely prefer you take a sick day and feel better, its refreshing - great IT team and management - lots of ability to learn and expand knowledge, certifications and school can be covered/reimbursed - traveling 1-2 times a year is nice too
Cons
- none really, its a really good environment and great people to be around, of course there's always a few bad apples but its majority of great people
