      -learn a wide range of skills -retail experience -customer service experience -lots of different items to buy - employee discount -paid leave -401k plan -very fair punishment system -HR very helpful

      Cons

      -customers act like children when payments are due -very strict regiment to follow (sales, layaway, GP goals) -hardest part is telling people their stuff isn't worth what they think it is.
