      It is Ok. Not Great but not Terrible. Just Ok

      Pros

      Very tolerant and accepting of all backgrounds. Consistent work and commission capability for those at the right stores.

      Cons

      Semi disorganized and sometimes a touch cutthroat. If you do not meet metrics even if it is not your fault because it is a slow month you run the risk of getting written up.

      I had an amazing team and shop manager that worked with me while I was attending college full time.

      Cons

      Some customers are rude but don't take it personal. It was very far and few you would encounter them.
