Pros
While working for first cash I have learned alot in a high stress and fast paced environment. It's very hard to succeed at pawn alot of heart string pulling and dealing with some great people and not always the best people as well. Working here has taught me that customer service and how you treat people is always your number one priority especially in sometimes tense situations especially if the customer has made some bad financial decisions and you are there last life line to get back on track.
Cons
I am part of the Ohio market where they closed half of the operating stores *not mine of course* but I feel that they were very cold in this action. The severance packages offered were poor indeed and the lack of job placement for ten year employees were devastating to many.
