      Pros

      I'm thinking but since the core values mean nothing anymore it's pretty hard. We are no longer family but step-children.

      Cons

      For the past two years we have had three layoffs. Rumors are that there will be 3 more by end of year. If you are looking for a solid job it may be wise to look elsewhere. Corporate execs and board have played a great con game making us think we have done a great job. Morale is at an all time low.

      Pros

      None. They killed CashAmerica. One of the best companies ever.

      Cons

      FirstCash employs modern day slave labor. They do the least amount required by law just to cut costs, then pile everything on the district manager and below.
