      Pros

      Selling different types of items, meeting new people daily and enjoying my time there.

      Cons

      Early morning shifts and no lunch breaks. Rude customers can be a problem sometimes but we all deal with it.

      Pros

      Experience, knowledge about item worth and value, fun not heavy stress job, good management, fun customers that are loyal.

      Cons

      One lazy employee can potentially make job harder. Employee discounts harder to get as before. After merging with first cash, job became more corporate and less individual. Also our computer system takes a bit to learn.
