Low hourly pay. Expect for bad situations to happen with customers if you handle it the wrong way. Hours you work are pretty sucky if you are full time

Once the merger with First Cash took place, there were too many changes. The number of paid holidays were cut, the number of sick days were cut, vacation times were altered. Corporate didn't seem to care about the individual stores. Many times I saw assistant managers passes over for promotion and people brought in from outside as managers. Many of the outside people were not from the pawn business. I left for a single owner shop in a small town and I am being treated better with better hours, better sick and vacation time.
