Pros

The pay and benefits are better than most. Management hours total out to be 45 hours a week, which is better than most places and we are closed on every Sunday. I would've given higher reviews but things have really changed. I probably would have give 4's and 5's across the board a few years ago.

Cons

The company has just gone through some vast changes, which can be a little scary. Also, they seem to be getting away from their core business and how it used to be…more interested in programs than the people and bottom line.

Pros

Fair pay, easy work, good hours, good benefits(but expensive), and lots of locations to move around.

Cons

Opportunities to be promoted can be scarce, people do come and go alot in my experience and you could potentially be stuck at your level. Biggest con is things constantly change, one week your manager says you can't take certain items or you can loan a certain amount on some items and next week it could be completely different.
