      Pros

      Cash America Pawn is a fast paced loan / retail environment with great job stability. Offers above average vacation time.

      Cons

      Constant policy changes leave shop staff in a confused state which makes for an unhealthy work environment. It would not seem that this company has been operating for 20+ years with the constant change in policies / procedures. Happens several times EVERY month , at least!

      Pros

      Good place to start with and move up. Good training program. They hire people from diverse backgrounds. Multiple locations throughout the united states with over 20 locations in Chicago alone.

      Cons

      Very stressful environment. Upper management are flip floppers. They do whats best for the investors not whats best for its employees or customers.

      Very unstable employment with constant layoffs. Bought out by First Cash so who knows what will happen next.
