      Commission is good only if you meet 8% and Sundays off

      Cons

      no work life balance if you call off they write you up even for emergencies they don't care about their employees only on sales numbers managers are always late but nobody talks about it district managers don't do anything they will come to the store and sit in the office and not deal with the customer somebody there always has covid

      Cons

      Lots of grimey co workers stealing customers and management has favorites. They expect the learning curve to be dealt with within a week and thats impossible. Very toxic environment
