      Not really good review's unless you like staying away from your family for low pay

      Doesnt keep their word/ peomises. Takes advantages of the poor customers. Changes policy around to fit upper management

      Pros

      Great customers, interesting work day, crash course in a variety of different items. They provide training throughout the year on jewelry, sales etc.

      Cons

      Management lies, bad company culture, long hours, expensive benefits. Only 3 paid holidays all year. You'll work the rest with now holiday pay.
