They pay was great with all of the over time I worked, but hourly the pay was not enough. They have no respect for your life outside of work as they expect you to work 12 hour shifts 6 days a week. You don't get any credit for all the hard work you do.

Changes in recent structures has left the core of the company in shambles. Our core value of "We are family" has turned into "How can we pay people less and create more revenue." Recent changes in bonus plans for management has decreased pay across the board. Day to day business will wear a person down. Some of the customers are genuine people, most are lacking integrity and cannot be trusted. Upper management has their hands tied by new comers that honestly have no business being in this industry. This has lead to the crumble of the "Once, awesome company to work for."
