      Pros

      My customers were the best part of my job. I enjoyed learning someing new everyday and interacting with my coworkers

      Cons

      Corp. Forgets what it's like to be in the field and that the customers should come first not the hours of paperwork

      Pros

      The company has good benefits for their full time staff but for the part time people it is never a good thing because they are very limited.

      Cons

      If you have been there for many years and with the buy out with First Cash Pawn you won't have a job for very much longer. They will find a way to get rid of you.
