      Pros

      full time employment, early day off with other days coming in at latter time while still getting near 40/hours a week plus every Sunday off plus commission added to your base pay every month

      Cons

      not a fixed schedule, hard to make good money unless you are the main store manager and alot of labor work my biggest problem with the company is their is no ballance with work life and home life. when you have a family and they work a normal job mon-fri early mornings to 5 or 6 in the evenings and they have to go to bed by 10pm , getting off at 8 doesnt give us much time with them...it sucks

      Pros

      You have some great coworkers who help each other through stressful times and you meet different types of people everyday.

      Cons

      Pay is not consistent. They do NOT care about their employees despite how much they say they do. Extremely stressful job. They expect your life to revolve around Cash America. They are never satisfied with your hard work and they do not listen to their workers. This company has gone from great to just plain horrible. When I first started working here I loved my job. However I went from loving my job, to absolutely hating it.

      The team and the customers you work with at your specific local level.

      Cons

      The constant change in focus of the organization has created an environment of uncertainty. There does not appear to be a defined direction by organizational leadership. District Managers have little to no personal life as they are constantly working on days off, during vacations, and so on.
