      I can't say anything in the benefits of working at this type of place or maybe it was just my store.

      Cons

      Lazy employees, even lazier managers It's never about the customer. forgot having a family working in this place you'll never see them. Count on back stabbing and people though in each other under the bus.

      Dramatic negative changes in the last couple years, Lots of upper management terminated recently due to corporate restructure, over recent time fear and intimidation are not good motivators, talk one thing then do the opposite, many managers are, untrained, unprofessional, signifiant nepotism to a fault,very gossipy, predetermined attitudes about employees, un attentive to independent thought or problem solving, store management believes they are autonomous, have company wide Core Values that are completely ignored etc.
