Pros

Good pay, free coffee, get to be out of an office, there are all over the country so you should be able to move up.

Cons

Way over worked putting in lots of hours installing machines not able to all of job then questioned about the over time. have to do lots of things at once have been told to drop one call and go an hour way to another one. then back to finish the one I left.

Very nice place to work with friendly coworkers. Once you get past the learning curve, everything is manageable. Great job overall.

Cons

*A lot of new things need to be learned. *Can get hectic at times, but what jobs doesn't. *Better training could help.

Pros

First Choice is a great company to work for with lots of opportunities to grow! The company is expanding fast, so there are always new positions opening up. I would say its collaborative work culture. A nice perk is the free snacks & coffee, some locations even have ice cream machines. The benefits and 401(k) are solid too. Overall, a great place to build a career!
