Pros
Pay was OK. Location was close to my home. Had a brake room with vending machines that accepted credit cards (for a fee).
Cons
Bad hours 12 hour shifts and working one month mon-thurs and one month thurs - fri. bad management do not value the computer operations staff. They consider you bottom of the rung. Hard to get time off and turnover is great. I only worked there for 7 months. Employess were allowed to harass each other without HR stepping in.
