      Competitive salary and benefits, company financially stable

      Cons

      IT culture is toxic since merger with CIT; New leaders introduced that are narcissistic and psychopathic tendencies that do not fit traditional FCB culture; newer senior level directors lead as dictators using fear tactics, Everyone on certain teams hate their job due to these leader characteristics and the treatment of employees both present and past.

      Standard benefits - pretty strong, typical for financial services industry.

      Cons

      The leadership still encourages them to operate like an old fashioned regional retail bank. Especially with the SVB acquisition, it's time to grow up. They desperately need experts in leadership and HR who can build better ways of working and collaborating, better ways of operating, and actual strategy.

      Great co-workers. Ability to work remote when needed. Comparable benefits

      Very minimal opportunities for advancement and your odds are narrowed tremendously if you are not apart of the right clique. Im not saying that if you're a solid performer your talent wont be recognized because it will but only as a means to an end. Again, this is only if you're not willing to play the game. I understand some people thrive in these type of environments and you can here if you are willing to treat your work days as real life episodes of survivor.
