      Pros

      Stable company to work for.

      Cons

      Little to no advancement. Known for only giving 2% raises no matter of how hard or how much work you've done. Managers are only interested in saving the bank money. No/ very little diversity amongst management.

      Pros

      I enjoyed being able to work remotely when necessary.

      Cons

      In my opinion, the challenges were surrounding the fact of how much work, time, stress and, effort I personally put in everyday to in return to work in a hostile environment while not being heard regarding problems while being demanded to work under large amounts of pressure, workload and, impossible dead lines / time frames.

      Pros

      Nice co-workers. Once in a while you have the opportunity to win a pizza lunch or fcb water bottle.

      Cons

      Lousy pay, no recognition or rewards for the lowly front line staff. The proud family of this 'family controlled bank' is obviously only interested in their personal financial growth and lining their own 'family' pockets.
