      Many of my co-workers were very supportive and became good friends

      I notified my manager of my medical issues and that they were preventing me from doing part of my job. I was not able to attend doctors appointments and therefore could not get the paperwork completed to file for FMLA.

      Bank associates are great to work with.

      Cons

      Low compensation and when I say low, I mean the lowest in the Financial Advisor industry. If you see good reviews on here, most of them are over a year old... And that is for a reason. Management are bullies, there is rarely any recognition for work well done. A very hostile work environment. I have been here a little over a year and I say with confidence that this is the worst management team I have ever seen. If you have another opportunity take it...
