      Pros

      Excellent benefits. Some very talented people who are loyal almost to a fault to the organization.

      Cons

      Worst corporate HR I ever experienced in over 20 years of professional life. There are some long standing SVP HR Mangers with absolutely no ethics and CANNOT be trusted to handle grievances fairly or confidentially. HR possesses entirely too much power and control within the organization - make too many arbitrary personnel decisions instead of providing support. Look the other way when managers are creating a harassing and hostile work environment if said manager is "well connected" with executive team.

      Pros

      They offer Competitive pay and benefits. Four weeks PTO to start. The offices are always beautiful building to work. It's a good family controlled bank.

      Cons

      The most unprofessional management I have ever encountered in my career. After dealing with extensive sexual harassment and no assistance from human resources I chose to leave. I would never recommend anyone working for this financial institution. More importantly I would never recommend anyone to open their personal or commercial accounts here due to the handling of confidential information by management.

      Pros

      There were a handful of good reasons to work there when I started. Just like any new job, you appreciate the opportunity to work there. As the months and years went by, I was experiencing on and off bullying from my manager. I still performed at my job and remained focused and committed to my work ethic. I am an optimist even in the face of a bully manager.

      Cons

      Fosters a culture of oppression and workplace bullying. My manager was such a person.
