      Slow, and horrible insurance policy

      Pros

      everything is moving slowly. so you will have much free time...

      Cons

      Slow, slow and slow. everything thing is moving without timeline. spent 5 years on system replacement but yet to complete the list of demands. people are nice and kind but do not know what they are doing. business is very limited. Management are conservative. not ambious at all. and, their insurance plan through Blue cross Blue Shield are AWEFUL. I told everyone do not come because of it. this is the WORST policy i have ever seen.

      Co workers are friendly. Remote work.

      Cons

      Terrible upper management. Zero organization. No recognition. The company isn’t competitive. They nickel and dime everything. Very little programs that benefit employees. Did I mention they are CHEAP.

      Individual pockets of associates and teams are comprised of highly qualified and professional associates. The CEO is supportive and is an ethical and morally driven leader.

      Cons

      Management/HR have created an unprofessional/negative environment and a difficult corporate culture. Benefit could be gained if decision makers were more in touch with the execution of day-to-day operations. Inconsistent application of internal policies occurred regularly.
