Horrible training, when I was promoted to a supervisor, I never received the appropriate training both online and in person, that other supervisors received. Then, when making a mistake, was harshly punished. One writeup equals no raise that year. Also, when COVID 19 forced people out of the workforce, other banking establishments offered paid time off to get affairs in order in able to return for work. First Citizens forced you to use all of your PTO remaining then you had to take unpaid leave.

Little to no training. If you call 3 people in support, you get 3 different answers. Technology is terrible - no CRM, outdated system, and systems/computer would be down nearly weekly. Management is disconnected entirely from their employees Things are typically not done correctly the first, second, or even third time - leaving clients and the banker involved in a rough place. During the Covid-19 pandemic, they handled this horribly from not wearing masks, to not protecting their employees.
