      Very childish Atmosphere, a manager in a position that doesn't know how to be a manager, if they don't like you they will do everything they can to get rid of you, hard work doesn't pay off, and no team environment.

      Pros

      The management really wants to help you grow and learn. If you try your best, they will help you as much as possible. Furthermore, they recognized that I didn't want to spend me whole life answering phones, so they've given me plenty of opportunities to learn new skills, share them with others, and to build my resume.

      Cons

      Starting out on the phone is really stressful, especially since you're expected to have a good handle time. Again though, as long as the management sees that you're trying, they'll happily take care of you.
