      Pros

      FCB is truly a unique place to work. Everyone cares for each other, works for the client's best interest, and does their job with the utmost respect to the bank's guiding principle of "service excellence." Pay is fair, customers are (almost always) friendly, management is knowledgeable and accessible, and employees strive to serve as a team. While everyone is always excited for Friday, no one I have encountered has ever complained about coming to work. I meet someone at least once a week who has been with the bank for over 20 years, and some as long as 40. I think that low turnover rate speaks to the bank's culture and dedication to providing the best care for its employees. I could not speak more highly of the position or of the bank.

      Pros

      It is a positive work environment with competitive pay. The benefits are good. I feel that management cares about my job satisfaction and work/ life balance. There are opportunities for career path to span a wide range of specialties in both branch and operational roles.

      Cons

      The work is repetitive and the career path is limited by an inflexible score based system that takes away from management's ability to promote long-term employees.
