      Pros

      Great company. Awesome work/life balance. Decent pay. Company very flexible with family needs and emergency. Lots of room for advancement. Many employees work for 15+ years.

      Job tasks can be very boring.

      Solid Company with Conservative Culture

      Pros

      A great financial institution in very solid footing. Overall I've enjoyed pretty good management, ,but it is hit or miss as with any company.

      Cons

      The bank is incredibly worried about the bottom line (as they should be), however often times the "little people" get lost in the shuffle. The company is growing and employees are increasingly undervalued. The benefits are standard for the banking industry, but there are little additional perks or incentives for employees.

      Loyal and friendly employees who want to do the right thing.

      Cons

      Lack of diversification of ideas and opinions in the company. Technology is significantly behind competitor banks. Compensation is below industry standards. Company does not have incentivized employees so productivity and performance is low compared to other financial services firms.
