      Good bank wrong market?

      Pros

      Good hours with decent benefits. I enjoyed working here for the most part but there were little things that added up to cause my departure.

      Cons

      First Citizens purchased the bank I was originally employed with. There was a very stressful work environment due to sales goals not being market specific. I don't feel like the company had a good understanding of the Atlanta market. Very short staffed on purpose which created a dilemma for lunch breaks.

      Great company. Awesome work/life balance. Decent pay. Company very flexible with family needs and emergency. Lots of room for advancement. Many employees work for 15+ years.

      Cons

      Job tasks can be very boring.
