      One of the worst cultures I have ever seen in my 20+ career

      Pros

      Paid time off and other bank holidays. The ability to work remotely at times, the personal accountability of other employees made the time more tolerable.

      Cons

      Fosters a culture of oppression and workplace bullying. The leadership team of the mortgage division was less than stellar; did not promote personal and professional growth; immaturity of senior level managers were clearly evident and lack of people skills among management divided the department significantly.

      Pros

      Great benefits. Colleagues are kind and managers are supportive. A good place to have a stable job (but not very welcoming to advancement)

      Cons

      This is a very conservative bank. Very resistant to change and thus are probably five years behind on the necessary technology for the industry. Not a lot of opportunity for career advancement.
