      micromanagement/mistreatment come from the top management

      Pros

      Good benefit package; very slow traffic bank, so lots of down time that most employees use for shopping/reading on the websites and on the personal phone calls including cellular phone on the teller line, can go out to grab snacks at anytime and bring in to share with others

      Cons

      if you are not a "yes-man" you are out the door. if they don't think they need you, no royalty...Saw lots of employees come and go, and some management had to pack immediately and escorted out from the bank

      Pros

      This job isn't hard and FCB pays better than almost any other bank. The benefits are good they match 9% of my 401K and your are vested at 6% immediately. They also give 20 days of vacation right away which is very nice too.

      Cons

      The technology isn't very good
