Pros
Unlimited PTO. Some people are allowed to abuse that policy to the point where they are working part time hours. In the marketing department, dozens of people are getting paid to do absolutely nothing. Must be nice for the ones who don't get wiped out in the ongoing layoffs.
Cons
The marketing department at the bank is the most toxic place you can imagine. Some employees are allowed to verbally abuse and bully others (if they have the right friends). Layoffs are occuring and are going to continue to occur. New management seems to have no plan.
