Pros

This is one of the best companies I’ve ever worked for. They work hard to create a trusting environment and they take time to listen to their officers. The leadership team meets weekly to identify problematic areas, and to workshop possible solutions. They also promote from within and they don’t hesitate to give praise as it’s earned.

Cons

Not a con, but if you’re a “warm body” type of employee, this isn’t the place for you.

Having an account manager who cares about the employees, they treat us weell, the environment for the site we secure is full of perks and amenities. Good pay for a reasonably light work load.

Nothing to say! It’s all great.

Decent pay for the area and if you want more hours, you'll get them. Fairly drama free environment and generally good people

Cons

You get more hours whether or not you want them. The first promotion test is luck based given who tests you.. Have plans after work? No you don't.
