Good pay, potential for specialized field training, good contracts.

Cons

Same as any other job, particularly security, you can have a high turnover rate, with plenty coming in that don't want a real job so you often work more to compensate for them.

very easy job anyone can do it for a short amount of time

Cons

no communication, can get in trouble for things that were fine a day ago or that were out of your control, say they hire full time but they over employ and hours change so much it becomes a weekly stressor. no extra compensation for graveyard shift.
