A good company to get your foot into a security career

Pros

Employees were able to work as much available overtime that was available. Security officers with good attitudes were able to build rapport with clients.

Cons

Easy to become stagnant with no real growth opportunities. The amount of pay to security officers was not substantial enough to encourage growth outside of the workplace.

Pros

Consistent work at a decent salary for the area. Easy to get hired on.

Cons

Health insurance is not good at all. So much turnover. Understaffed which means a lot of overtime (good and bad). Seems to be favoritism from all levels of management. No pay increases unless you change jobs.

This job allows great pay and the chance to work extreme amount of overtime.

Cons

Rely on your team and reliefs to show up other wise you could be stuck at work for 12 hour shifts even if you have prior plans. Security is #1 when it comes to this job, but when training you are warned of this and if it is something you are not willing to risk maybe the job isn't for you!
