Pros

They schedule you very quick, try to keep you on the up and up with what goes on within the site you may be working at. They also adore overtime and someone who is completely reliable.

Cons

They have to get better with everybody being on the same page as far as training goes. and making sure everybody is following the rules so that we don't get back lash from other individuals that come from other sites expecting us to bend the rules to their liking.
