Beats digging graves for a living

Cons

no respect for anyone, management lies to get you were they want, no PTO until 1 full year, spend hours in extreme weather conditions, client treats you as a slave. Company hires lazy out of country workers to make extra from the government and is surprised when they sue for "discrimination" when caught sleeping. Honestly just look for something else this place isn't worth it.

Decent pay, opportunity for OT.

Cons

Putrid work morale. People call off all the time so prepare to consistently leave late if it’s you they were relieving. Communication between shifts is minimal and post orders contradict themselves so prepare for the he said she said on what the post orders actually are. Also, management is afraid to scold minorities for fear of seeming racist. This company is the epitome of affirmative action to the extent that minorities get a little bit of a pass. I’ve watched a minority get away with being out of uniform wearing a ninja turtles beanie cap as I get scolded moments later for having a FCS assigned beanie cap on inside.
